Add 3 tablespoons of barbecue sauce and process or mix well to combine. Put 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Lightly brush water all around the edge of the wrapper. Fold over and press the edge all around to seal or follow instructions on the wonton wrapper insert for folding. Keep filled wontons covered with a damp dish towel to keep them from drying out, and keep the unused wrappers covered.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in a deep fryer to 370°. Add 3 tablespoons of barbecue sauce and process or mix well to combine. Put 1&lt;br /&gt;teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Lightly brush water all around the edge of the wrapper. Process with a few pulses until it is evenly chopped but be careful not to liquefy. Blend well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brush butter on a layer of filo dough and place in a 9-inch spring form pan, letting it drape up and over sides. repeat with 2 more sheets of filo. (Keep filo covered with a damp cloth while not working with it to keep it from drying out.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add cheese mixture to the pan. Trim filo dough; allow the top edge to extend about 1 1/2 inches above the filling. Blend in sour cream. Divide dough into 4 parts. Wrap each part and chill several hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On floured board, roll each section into a 12 x 6-inch rectangle. Sprinkle one-half each rectangle with either cheese, onion, mushrooms or olives. Cut off and discard chicken wing tips; cut each wing in half at the joint. Preheat broiler and oil broiler pan. Line inside of broiler pan with foil to catch drips. Arrange chicken wings on broiler pan. Combine remaining ingredients; blending well. Remove about 1/3 cup of the sauce and refrigerate until serving time. Set aside remaining sauce for basting. Broil chicken wings about 6 inches from heat for 15 minutes, turning frequently to keep them from burning. Brush wings with sauce; turn and brush the other side. Continue broiling and basting for 10 to 15 minutes longer, removing smaller, flatter pieces earlier as needed.
