Stuffed Eggs Recipe

Stuffed Eggs Recipe...another great appetizer recipe for starters !

Instructions

1. Put eggs into boiling water and let simmer for 20 minutes;then drain and put into cold water.
2. When cold, remove the shells, and split through lengthwise.
3. Mash the yolks through a strainer, and season with finelychopped olives, sweet pepper or chopped pimento and oil and lemonjuice or a little mayonnaise.
4. Refill the whites with the yolk mixture, having them wellrounded, and serve on lettuce leaves.
The stuffed egg appetizer recipe is ready to serve...a nice one !
